PHILOSOPHY TREAT
Everything that makes you feel good: nourishes, heals, and comforts, is a fuel that integrates nutrition (EAT), body (MOVE), mind, and heart (GROW).
An invitation to escape the routine and explore an alternative path where you are the priority. TREAT YOURSELF.
Every stimulus for change towards a more mindful and balanced life.
TREAT emerged more than 20 years ago with the purpose of taking care, nurturing, and healing my family when my twin brother was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes (T1D). It was a challenging time, filled with fear and uncertainties, but also unity and love. We learned together about the diagnosis, and this journey taught us incredible lessons about strength, resilience, and the power of love and nutrition. Since then, I've been studying and learning about the subject.

This awareness of healthy habits was crucial in my life.

As a professional tennis player, the power of nutrition and the mind's impact on athletic performance was always evident. However, during my college years in the United States, I understood the importance of finding balance in life. It was at that moment that the essential pillars of TREAT - nutrition (EAT), conscious movement (MOVE), and presence (GROW) - began to reveal themselves as fundamental not only for success in sports but also for building a fulfilling and healthy life. And the possibility of living in a better and more conscious world!

TREAT yourself reminds us of the importance of taking a break and connecting with nature and your values.

Inviting you to look within and take control of your health, well-being, and bio-individuality, turning off the autopilot.
In the context of TREAT, food is much more than just eating (ingesting nutrients and calories). It's how we connect with life and others, the awareness that what we put on our plate not only nourishes our body but also affects our overall well-being.

Each meal is an opportunity to celebrate life, nourishing not only the body but also the soul and the bonds we share with others.

In a world filled with conflicting information about nutrition, it's easy to get lost in fads and contradictory theories. (After all, is the egg healthy or not?)

TREAT offers a simple approach: food is a celebration. It's not just about what we eat but also how we eat. We believe that the pleasure of eating is essential.

How we eat is just as important as what we eat.

Let's think about our first interaction with food. When we were still babies. Why do we eat? And why do we keep eating?
Because we were hungry, because our body needed nutrients to survive. These are certainly some of the reasons, but also because we felt safe, welcomed, and loved.

The EAT pillar seeks to balance all these elements to promote not only physical health but also mental and spiritual well-being. TREAT's proposal is to create awareness around this habit, helping to establish a balance between food and our experience, ensuring that each meal contains all the TREATs that the body needs.

We want you to make conscious and lasting choices integrated into your lifestyle.
EAT
MOVE
Just like nutrition (EAT), conscious movement (MOVE) plays a fundamental role in our lives. It's not just a matter of aesthetics or athletic performance but an essential part of a healthy and balanced life. It's important to find a form of movement that you enjoy and that integrates into your lifestyle, making it a natural part of your daily routine.

Movement (MOVE) is more than a mere physical act; it's the manifestation of our determination and inner strength. It's the voice of our vitality, insisting on not just surviving but thriving. When we move, we discover a profound awareness of our body and mind, a discipline that propels us toward our goals.

Movement is not optional; it's essential.

It's proof that we are alive and willing to face every challenge that life presents us. No matter how tough the journey may be, the promise to keep moving is the promise to remain alive, active, and resilient.

In moments of self-doubt, movement reminds us of our inner power. When we encounter limits, movement encourages us to surpass them. It tells us that life is an adventure worth exploring.

It's continuous movement that keeps us alive and helps us embrace each moment with intensity. So, keep moving, keep challenging your limits because movement is the language of life, a constant expression of strength, vitality, and purpose.

TREAT your body with continuous movement.
What you focus your attention on grows and becomes permanent. Move away from the negative and focus on what you truly want to be and have.

GROW represents the profound power of the mind and the meaning we attribute to our experiences. It is the very essence of empowerment and self-discovery. Your mind is a tool you can use as you wish.
The thoughts you choose create the experiences you have.

Of course, this doesn't mean a perfect life without stress, disappointments, or mistakes. These elements are part of life; the key lies in the importance we give them and the impact we allow them to have in our lives, consciously or unconsciously.

What matters is not what happens but how we react to it. We are all 100% responsible for our experiences.

The thoughts you are having and the words you are saying right now are creating your future.
