It’s not about doing everything “perfectly,” but about listening to yourself, caring for yourself, and living with more intention.

  • Yes! TREAT was created especially for those who want to start (or restart) taking care of their health without pressure or imposition, and instead build a more sustainable and conscious lifestyle. You don’t need to know everything or be “ready.” You only need to be willing to listen to yourself honestly and commit to the process.

  • No! TREAT complements the work of other health professionals, such as psychologists, nutritionists, trainers, and doctors. Our focus is to create clarity and structure so that you can put into practice the habits that truly sustain your health and well-being.

    We work together on emotional, behavioral, and structural aspects that impact your health—with full respect for your history and the guidance of other professionals.

  • Services available in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. You choose the language you feel most comfortable with.

  • Not at all. You just need to be willing to listen to yourself — with honesty and courage. Part of the process is mapping out what’s happening now and identifying what needs your attention.

  • Yes, because we build your entire plan based on your reality, health history, desires, and limitations. We don’t use external models that force you to fit in.

  • Most sessions are held online, which allows for flexibility and accessibility.In some cases, there may also be in-person gatherings (mentorships, circles, cafés, retreats), depending on your location.

  • Individual sessions are focused entirely on you—your moment, challenges, and routine. Group mentoring is a shared learning experience—through exchanges, stories, and connection with other women on the same path. Both formats offer structure, lightness, and depth.

    Payment options: cash, bank transfer, or card (debit or credit).
  • You choose what makes the most sense: packages of 8, 12, or 24 sessions, either weekly or biweekly. During the first session, we align expectations and goals to find the format most compatible with your routine.
